Terms of Service

NAMG (Not Another Media Group) operates namg.club: the podcast, guest booking, sponsor placement, and dashboard tools that support the show and the wider NAMG/BRO ecosystem.

Dashboard access requires signing in via BROfile SSO and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

The dashboard lets authorized users connect third-party accounts (YouTube, Google Calendar, X (Twitter), Farcaster) to publish or schedule content on their own behalf. By connecting an account you authorize NAMG to act within the scopes you grant during that provider's OAuth consent screen — for example, creating or scheduling a livestream or post. You can revoke access at any time from the connected provider's own account settings or by disconnecting it in the dashboard.

Submitting a guest application or sponsor inquiry does not guarantee booking or placement. NAMG reviews submissions and reaches out directly when there's a fit. Details submitted are used only to evaluate and coordinate the booking or placement.

Don't use namg.club to submit false or misleading information, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use connected publishing integrations to post content that violates the relevant platform's own terms (YouTube, X, Farcaster, Google). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

namg.club and its dashboard are provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, the dashboard, or any third-party API it integrates with (YouTube, Google, X, Farcaster), and we're not liable for outages, missed publishing windows, or data loss caused by those third-party services.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
